WARRANTY REGISTRATION
The quality of all Live Eyewear products is reiterated by our lifetime warranty. Unlike the majority of sunglasses, we don’t build them so they will break and need to be replaced; we build ours to last. Our lenses are stronger and more scratch-resistant than any other fitover sunglass in the world. As we continue to improve our products, our warranty will never change. It’s for life.
PLEASE NOTE: All returns must show proof of purchase from an authorised Cocoons dealer. Live Eyewear products sold by an unauthorised retailer or sold second-hand are not covered by the Live Eyewear lifetime frame warranty.

REPLACEMENT AND REPAIRS
Live Eyewear will happily replace or repair, at our discretion, any Live Eyewear lenses and/or frames found to be defective and covered under warranty.
Our world-class frames are covered under our lifetime warranty, and our premium, optical-grade lenses are warranted to be free from manufacturer defects and remain scratch-resistant for a period of one year (12 months) from the original date of purchase. Live Eyewear, at our discretion, will replace or repair any frames and/or lens(es) damaged or found defective under normal use.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper or unreasonable use. Any alteration or modification of the original product will void the warranty.
