The information will not even be used by Live Eyewear for marketing purposes. You will only receive news from Live Eyewear if you select the option on the online warranty registration form.

Finding your Model Number

BEFORE FILLING OUT THIS FORM: Please locate the model number of the product you are registering.  The images below will help you determine where to find your product number.  If you have purchased a Cocoons Clip-on, Flip-up, SideKick, Cocoons Computer, or LightGuard product and have already discarded the packaging, simply indicate the product you have purchased (e.g., Clip-on, Flip-up, SideKick, etc.) when asked for your model number in the form below.
